Healthy eating options and the necessary provision of choice for consumers is integral to most food service providers’ offers. Overall health, energy and nutrient values, dietary needs, food labelling and the availability of healthy eating regimes have become central to food service providers’ strategies.
We are working towards listing the nutritional content of food products and/or flagging various “Provenance Marques” within the epsys trading platform. By making such flags available we will assist clients in making informed choices where both pre-prepared dishes and constituent ingredients are purchased.
